Do we need a photo together?+
No. A separate, clear, well-lit photo of each person or pet works. We put you together.
Can I see it before I pay?+
Yes. Choose up to 12 looks; the first 3 get free, watermarked previews. The rest are created after payment. No account or card needed to start.
What does a portrait cost?+
Your first portrait is $19 and each additional one is $10, or 30% off the extras when you take them together. One-time purchase. No subscription.
What if it doesn't look quite right?+
Every purchase includes two free re-rolls. If it's still clearly wrong, email us within 14 days for a refund. Your original photos stay yours.
What happens to my photos afterwards?+
They are used only to make your portraits. We never share them, never publish them and never use them to train anything. They stay at your private link until you ask us to delete them.
