Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Little Paws.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

Little Paws allows users to:

• upload photos;
• generate short motion-enhanced videos from those photos;
• combine multiple clips into a single memory video;
• download the final output.

Little Paws does not:

• restore, edit, or permanently modify the original image;
• create deepfakes or change facial expressions;
• store user photos permanently.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Content

When you upload photos or other materials ("User Content"), you confirm that:

• you own the rights to the content, or
• you have permission to use and upload it.

You retain full ownership of your User Content.

By uploading, you grant Little Paws a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your video.

We do not sell, share, or use your photos for training AI models.

All uploaded content is automatically deleted from our systems after processing, except for what is needed to show your downloads at your private link.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that includes:

• nudity or sexual content
• violence or harm
• hateful, abusive, or discriminatory imagery
• copyrighted images you do not own
• illegal, dangerous, or misleading content
• personal information of someone without their consent
• photos of minors you do not have permission to upload

If any of these appear in your content, your video generation may fail and your access may be restricted.

5. Prices, Previews & Payment

Everything Little Paws sells is digital. A purchase unlocks image files on your private page. We do not sell, print, make or ship any physical goods.

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Your first memory is $19 and each additional memory in the same order is $10; a bundle of two is $26 and a bundle of three is $33. A reduced-price extra memory offered on your private page applies to that order only. Every purchase is one-time; there is no subscription.

Your first moment renders as a free, watermarked preview with no account or card. The remaining moments are made after payment. Free previews are limited per visitor.

By purchasing you agree to the listed price at checkout and authorize our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, to charge your payment method. Paddle may show your local currency alongside the US dollar price.

Re-rolls and refunds

• Every paid memory includes 2 free re-rolls, started from your private page. A re-roll renders the same moment again from the same photo.
• If a memory is still clearly wrong after a re-roll (it does not resemble the people in the photo, a person is missing, the face breaks apart, the file is corrupt), email us within 14 days of the portrait being ready for a full refund of that portrait.
• We do not refund a memory that matches its description when you have changed your mind, prefer a different moment, or uploaded a photo we warned was too small, dark or blurry.
• Failed renders are retried without a second charge. If an order cannot be produced at all, it is fully refunded.

Gifts

A gift is a normal order with a recipient's email, your note and a reveal page. You choose when the gift email goes out. The recipient receives the same files you would, and the re-roll and refund terms above apply to you as the buyer.

6. Refund Policy

Because our processing uses computing resources and produces immediate digital output, we generally do not offer refunds.

Refunds may be granted if:

• your video repeatedly fails due to a system error, or
• you were charged incorrectly.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is extremely important to us.

• Uploaded photos are used only to generate your video.
• Photos are automatically deleted after processing.
• We do not use user content to train models.
• Only essential metadata (file type, timestamps, usage) is stored for service operation.

8. AI Output

All outputs are generated by AI.

You understand and agree that:

• results may vary depending on the input;
• AI cannot guarantee perfect accuracy, realism, or alignment with your expectations;
• occasional visual artifacts may occur due to limitations of current technology.

Little Paws is not responsible for unexpected visual outcomes or interpretations of the generated content.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the service in any harmful way
• attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the system
• violate copyright or privacy laws
• upload prohibited content (Section 4)

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

10. Intellectual Property

The Little Paws platform, branding, website, code, design, and all related content are owned by Little Paws and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Little Paws is not liable for:

• loss of data
• inaccuracies in AI-generated output
• service interruptions
• user-uploaded content
• damages resulting from misuse of the Service

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

If we make significant changes, we will notify users via the website or email.

Your continued use of Little Paws means you accept the updated Terms.
