When you upload photos to create your memory video, we temporarily process them to generate your result.

These photos may be stored only for the limited time needed to complete your video generation and deliver your download link.

We do not:

• use your photos to train AI models
• sell your photos
• share your photos with third parties (except essential processors like hosting providers)

Photos are automatically removed from our system after processing or after a short retention window for re-download (if applicable).

1.2 Account Information

If you create an account, we may collect:

• your email address
• password (encrypted)
• account settings

1.3 Payment Information

All payments are handled securely by third-party payment processors (Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record).

We never store your full credit card number.

1.4 Automatically Collected Information

Like most websites, we collect:

• IP address
• browser type
• device information
• usage data
• pages viewed
• actions taken on the site

This helps us improve performance and prevent abuse.

3. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Photos: kept at your private link so re-rolls can be made from the same photos, until you ask us to delete it or tell us the order is finished. We do not yet delete photos automatically after a set time.
• Generated portraits: kept at your private link until you ask us to delete them.
• Order, gift and payment records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Account data (older accounts): kept until you delete your account.
• Analytics & logs: kept for reasonable operational and security purposes.

4. How We Protect Your Data

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:

• encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• secure servers
• restricted access
• encrypted credentials

No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to maintain a strong security posture.

5. Third-Party Services

These providers handle parts of the service for us:

• ModelsLab (video generation): receives a temporary link to your photo to render the moving memory.
• Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database and private photo and video storage).
• Paddle (Merchant of Record) and RevenueCat (purchase records): payment details never reach our servers.
• Resend (email): your private links, gift emails and order updates.
• Google Analytics / Tag Manager and the Meta pixel: page visits, previews and purchases. They never receive your photos or private links.

These services only receive the information necessary to perform their functions and must protect it in accordance with their own policies.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

6. Children's Privacy

Little Paws is not intended for children under 13.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as:

• access to personal data
• correction of inaccurate data
• deletion of your data
• withdrawal of consent
• export of your data
